Bad experience at Smokey Mountain Tops (SMT) picking out countertops for our new home being built. Met with a male salesperson at SMT along with our designer. Spent a couple hours picking countertops. Requested a quote and got NO RESPONSE! Designer called SMT after a couple weeks and was told there was no record of our visit or selections! Designer reiterated our picks and sizes with a NEW salesperson over the phone and finally got a ridiculously high quote. I guess SMT doesn’t need the business any more. TERRIBLE customer service. Would recommend Top Shop in Maryville or Stone World in Knoxville (great deals through Costco of Cosentino lines).

Josh was amazing as well as the other folks we talked to at Smokey Mountain Tops. Really professional, took his time in making sure we found the very best for our kitchen remodel. There is a huge assortment of types, patterns, cuts, corners and colors, but Josh took us through and spent the time necessary to educate us on finding the perfect material for us. This is one of the most critical selection in getting a perfect kitchen, and in our view there is no going back once it is cut and being installed. We really feel that Josh helped us make the right decision!! Put them on your list if you are getting your kitchen remodeled.
